Refund policy
Your purchase is risk-free with our 365-day return policy!
However, all we ask is that your item is in the same condition that you received it, without visible signs of being used and in its original packaging (make sure to save it). You’ll also need the Order Number of your purchase.
To start a return, just contact us at contact@iluvfamily.com or use the form on this page. We’ll send you a return authorization number, and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.
Please note, refunds can only be issued after you have received the item and initiated a return. Refunds cannot be issued after the order has been processed. If an item is lost in transit, or cannot be delivered within 21 days of the purchase - then the order can be cancelled and refunded.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
