We are proud to offer North America & Europe shipping services - with the majority of our items shipping for FREE! Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service with timely delivery.
How do you ship packages?
Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped mostly through UPS and Fedex, as well as USPS depending on warehouse proximity to final destination.
Where do you ship?
All of our items ave available for the United States. Some items are also available for Canada and Europe. Please check each individual product's page for shipping details.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by item ordered and location. In general, most packages are delivered within 3-5 business days. Personalized items, where specific customizations are requested, can take an additional 2-3 business days to ship.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 3 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
In some instances, it takes 1-2 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 4 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
